Forgiveness....
when we get upset from someone , from somebody esp. from our near n dear ones...then we need this tool IMMENSELY.. you know why ?
because this tool will help this to prevent to get into turmoil of the side effects of anger , depression and all other diseases we are inviting to partner on while being upset ....and intimadating our inner self ..not let it come out.....
why i could say all this because i even myself felt need of this....now and then anytime..as our mind n heart is susceptible to change all the time..very vulnerable....
and could let affect and hurt them brutally at times......
forgiveness is a kind of healing......
wud like to tell u some more significant of forgiveness..
this was taken from a blog i was reading...and like it very much..so wud like to share with all.

In a study conducted by Dr. Frederick Luskin, a Senior Advisor in Health Promotion at Standford University, and Director of The Stanford Forgiveness Projects, he showed that financial advisors who were given training in interpersonal forgiveness as a healthy response to the normal difficulties of business produced an average increase in sales between 18 - 46% over an reference group of advisors who produced average increases of only 5 - 14%. He also showed that their (the financial advisors who received training) level of productivity increased by 24% as well as their ability to experience positive emotional states like happiness, better focus, better night's sleep. They also showed a 23% decrease in physical symptoms of stress.

WHAT IF I TOLD YOU THAT FORGIVING SOMEONE TODAY COULD HELP RELIEVE, PREVENT or POSSIBLY CURE A CONDITION LIKE HEART DISEASE OR CANCER....WOULD THAT SPARK YOUR CURIOSITY

Research has now found the physiological link between negative emotional states such as prolonged anger, hostility and depression and heart disease. It has also been known for some time that prolonged stress lowers the immune system leaving you more vulnerable to illness. Holding onto hurts, grudges, annoyances, pet peeves or old wounds that get re- opened by life events are a stressful event to your body.

then why dont we able to adopt this tool if it is so useful..

Misconceptions about what forgiveness is and is not. People think or perceive forgiveness as weakness or giving in, excusing the behavior of someone who behaved badly or that it means forgetting about what happened to them or reconciling.
It is perceived as being a religious practice.
People don’t know how to forgive, they do not have a process for dealing with their emotions. Religious traditions usually do advocate forgiveness but don’t always offer practical steps as to how.
The Solution: Education
Helping people develop a new understanding of forgiveness as a healthy response to stress,.
Helping people understand that it is not just a religious practice but a valid form of mind body therapy that is an integral part of healing and prevention.
Helping people understand that it is not about weakness but about power, as in taking yours back. and not leaving the responsibility for your health, your wealth and your well being and happiness in someone else’s hands by blaming them.

dont know but sometimes feel we always be empty..whether its heart or pocket or life...
slowly slowly i m emptying everything.........
so does this blog.....
i wanted to start blogging as a platform to let myself come out unrelenting.....
no inhibitions..then sometimes feel scared, a strange fear bind me......
now in quest of finding another reinforcement...another window to look out...
felt like this hunt will go on forever........
but as name of my blog..i have to light a fire in my belly again for this new strive....

I didnt know that water can be so important and not only vital for life..but can be act as life saving drug...read on and practise it..

DRINK WATER ON EMPTY STOMACH

It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value.
